Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If your product has arrived damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately, and we will provide you with a full refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging intact.
Non-returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
Cosmetic and skincare products that have been opened or used
Personal care items (e.g., lip balms, deodorants, etc.)
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer you a full refund or replacement. To process your return, please provide the following:

A photo of the damaged or defective item
A description of the defect
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Afterward, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or faulty product for the same item, please send us an email at {email address} and return your item to: {physical address}.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail it to: {physical address}. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
